📦 Luis’s Locker Refund & Return Policy
At Luis’s Locker, we stand behind every stitch, print, and package. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’ve got your back.
✅ Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns on unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible:
- Item must be in original condition
- Tags must still be attached (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase required (order # or receipt)
🔁 How to Start a Return
Email us at support@luisslocker.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
We’ll send return instructions your way.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- We’ll notify you once your refund is processed
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
- Items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
🛍 Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We recommend placing a new order and returning the original for a refund.
